How can I change my order?
We work to get your item completed as soon as possible once received your order. A Preview Image is offered before you check-out to make sure you are willing to go for the next step. Recommend you to save your design in your account first until you change your mind. Once ordered, it cannot be changed your order.
Are all the cases be customized?
Yes, of course! All the cases we offer can be customized your design through our tool.
Can I print the sides of the case?
Yes, only limited for the material of Hard PC case. For Glass and TPU styles, we cannot make it.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (American Express, Mastercard and VISA) and Paypal.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Can we ship overseas (out of Hong Kong)?
Yes, not limit to Hong Kong, but we can ship worldwide up to 39 major countries.
How long until my product ships?
Your order will ship in 1-3 business days from our factory. We will email you the tracking information once it is shipped out. Please allow 24-48 hours to see the movement on your tracking.
Do you include invoices?
The invoice is sent via email. We guarantee not to include any price information in the package to make it perfect for gift giving.
How do I track my order?
We will send you the tracking information via email once the order is ready to ship. Occasionally, the email may be dropped in your spam folder.
How long does shipping take?
Your order will typically arrive in 2-4 business days after it is shipped for local customers (Hong Kong). For non-Hong Kong orders, mostly will take 10-20 business days. Delivery time is varied by other factors, including the processing time of the Custom Clearance in destination country, the peak seasons, the stock availability, etc. But, no worry, we will definitely get you notified as soon as possible if that happens.
What is the shipping cost?
The standard shipping cost for local customer (Hong Kong) is HKD38 per shipment via S.F. Express; USD6.5 per shipment is for overseas customers.
We also offer a FREE shipping for local customers (Hong Kong) only if spending over HKD198 as well as over USD35 per order for overseas customers.
What can I do if my tracking link isn't working?
Please be patient and allow 24-48 hours for the selected courier to scan the package and activate your tracking link. You should see movement after 48 hours of your product being shipped.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
What can I do if I'm not happy with my order?
We, artfity, 100% guarantee on the product quality and do our best to make you satisfied at the end. However, the exceptional incidents somehow will be happened. If you found somethings wrong with the item you received, please email us with taking pictures of the defect within 7 days from receiving your order. Our team will solve the problem with you immediately to meet your expectation.
For the return items, it will be subject to 50% handling fee of the order payment (excludes the discount and shipping if required). Please be noted that shipping fee is non-refundable. Refund will be returned to your original form of payment. The processing time of refund is depends on the selected bank.
Of course, we are happy to re-produce another new one for single time that make you satisfied. The second order will not be covered the FREE shipping fee and the original discount offer. The cost will be reflected on the actual circumstance.
DESIGN & IMAGE UPLOAD
What is the best resolution for image upload?
In order to deliver you with high quality cases, we recommend that you use high quality images which should not less than 1.5MB. Recommend you to check carefully in the Preview before check-out. The actual quality is reflected on the screen.
How are the image and color deviation of the finished product?
In some cases, the image is inevitably enlarged a bit during the printing process, because it is to fulfill the full-cover edge effect. Therefore, it will be some deviation of the image position as well as the color with your original image indeed. However, we will do our best to follow your original prints.
Why is there a colour difference?
Colour difference is a situation too common. Why? Because the colour balance of each monitor and screen is different; and while most pictures and photos are in RGB format, printers print in CMYK format. artfity would do its best to hand you products with colours as close to your original picture as possible, and for that, we would really like to have your understanding!
What is the user content and conduct policy of uploading image?
artfity always encourages customers to express their inspiration through our creative platform. Based on the conduct policy of image upload content, the following types are PROHIBITED. Once violated our policy, artfity may review the content and take action refusing to print the related content and remind customers for those who need to re-select the correct image.

3. Sexually explicit or pornographic material
